This is one amazing, blistering recording and performance. It blew me away. Many thanks to the band and to Kenny Shook for another brilliant concert taping.

Subject: Wow!
my first time seeing garaj mahal and an absolutely amazing show.
got an opportunity to chat with fareed for a bit right before the band went on. chillest most down to earth virtuoso ive had the privelage of meeting.
As far as the show is concerned, the first set featured an amazing gamut of 'bitches brew'-ish songs, many of which were not in standard time signatures. very exploratory, very spacey yet frantic in a good way.
second set featured almost all of the tunes in standard 4/4 time and the grant green cover of jan jan and the twenty minute long penultimate jam served as my personal highlights of the evening.

Awesome show! these cats got it!
